Spa Pampering At Home (SPAH) presents a weekend of self pampering, relaxation and professional massage and treatments at the Pop Up Spa set for November 5th and 6th 2016.

Pop Up Spa is a brainchild of Spa Pampering At Home (S.P.A.H) an indigenous women owner mobile spa service offering massages, facials and body treatment session to clients in the comfort of their space.
SPAH has been in operations since 2010 but they are kicking off a revolutionary Pop Up Spa event which is the first of its kind in Nigeria!

Pop Up Spa fulfill the need for wellness/beauty and relaxation space, the unique staged Pop Up Spa was launched to provide professional services to clients. Services at the Pop Up Spa will include head massages, shoulder massages, back massages and foot massages for specific and targeted relief at the 2-day event.
The brand summed up what people should expect at the upcoming event while introducing the brand; The Pop Up Spa is a quarterly event hosted by Spa Pampering At Home (S.P.A.H). S.P.A.H is a mobile spa service that personalizes RnR time for its clients by providing the services to them on the go, available at their homes, hotels or offices.

It is their mobility that allows them to Pop Up at a location near you. Allowing you to enjoy pure relaxation without any extra gra-gra!
The Pop Up Spa is more than just massages; other professionals in the wellness & beauty sector will join the S.P.A.H team. The event will host interactive workshops with Homeopaths, Aromatherapists and Yoga Instructors.
 

Workshops include, mindfulness, identifying and using essential oils, stress-busting yoga techniques.
Learn relaxation techniques that will take you to a safe and happy place, from mind boggling to focused and calm in 3 breaths!
